A great salad for summer that tastes incredible.

Directions

  1. 1Drain and wash the black beans and corn.
  2. 2Dice the tomato, green pepper and red onion.
  3. 3Chop the cilantro.
  4. 4Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. 5Juice the limes and pour over.
  6. 6Add a tablespoon of olive oil.
  7. 7Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8Mix and enjoy. I like to chill it for a bit.
