Black Bean Salad
A great salad for summer that tastes incredible.

Directions
- 1Drain and wash the black beans and corn.
- 2Dice the tomato, green pepper and red onion.
- 3Chop the cilantro.
- 4Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- 5Juice the limes and pour over.
- 6Add a tablespoon of olive oil.
- 7Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 8Mix and enjoy. I like to chill it for a bit.
