  2. 2In a large skillet, cook the red cabbage and onions until just soft.
  3. 3In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  4. 4Shape into a loaf on a non-greased baking dish.
  5. 5Bake uncovered for 75 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached.
  6. 6Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
