Ingredients
- 1 tsp dry mustardNutrition

Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2In a large skillet, cook the red cabbage and onions until just soft.
- 3In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- 4Shape into a loaf on a non-greased baking dish.
- 5Bake uncovered for 75 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached.
- 6Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
