  1. 1Put large pot of water to boil.
  2. 2Peel potatoes imperfectly, leave a little skin on potato. Cut in 2-inch pieces and place in pot of water.
  3. 3Cook until fork can pierce the largest piece in pot.
  4. 4Once cooked, drain pot and place potatoes in a large bowl.
  5. 5Add margarine, broth and all seasonings.
  6. 6Mash with a masher or fork and serve.
