- 1Put large pot of water to boil.
- 2Peel potatoes imperfectly, leave a little skin on potato. Cut in 2-inch pieces and place in pot of water.
- 3Cook until fork can pierce the largest piece in pot.
- 4Once cooked, drain pot and place potatoes in a large bowl.
- 5Add margarine, broth and all seasonings.
- 6Mash with a masher or fork and serve.
