Directions

  1. 1Peel and chop squash into 2" cubes and put in a bowl.
  2. 2Add all other ingredients and toss.
  3. 3Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. 4Put the tray near the bottom of the oven and roast at 350 °F (175 °C) until tender, about 30 - 60 minutes.
