Creamy Smashed Potatoes

Directions
- 1Peel and cut potatoes into 1 in cubes.
- 2Toss into a pot, add water to boil.
- 3Add peeled garlic cloves into water and boil along with potatoes.
- 4Once potatoes are fork tender, drain along with garlic and place in a bowl to mix.
- 5Using a hand mixer (or however you prefer to mash potatoes) break apart potatoes and garlic until somewhat smooth.
- 6Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
