- 2 cups unbleached bread flourNutrition
- 144 g monkfruit sweetenerNutrition
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg (ground)Nutrition

- 4 medium bananasNutrition
- 3/4 tsp baking sodaNutrition
Directions
- 1Mash the bananas and beat with cottage cheese.
- 2Grind chia seeds to powder and add 6 tablespoons water to make a paste.
- 3Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
- 4Combine the two mixtures until smooth. Fold in the chips.
- 5Pour in a lightly greased baking dish.
- 6Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 50-60 minutes.
- 7Let cool before slicing.
