Directions

  1. 1In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oil, sherry, sugar substitute like Splenda, ginger and garlic.
  2. 2Add beef and toss to coat.
  3. 3Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day until ready to use.
  4. 4Drain beef and reserve marinade.
  5. 5Place beef on plate and toss with pepper and scallions.
  6. 6Serve with reserved marinade on side.
