Sweet Spaghetti with Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1/4 package parmesan cheeseNutrition
- 2 tbsps crumbled laurel leavesNutrition
- 1 tbsp black pepperNutrition
- 3 tbsps canola oilNutrition
- 1 lb ground turkeyNutrition
- 1 oz light butterNutrition
- 6 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1 package onionsNutrition
- 1/2 cup soy sauceNutrition
- 1/2 cup packed sugarNutrition
- 2 cups swedish meatballsNutrition
- 24 oz tomato sauceNutrition
- 1/2 lb spaghettiNutrition
Directions
- 1Heat pan with oil and butter.
- 2Sauté garlic until light brown.
- 3Add onions and glaze them.
- 4Add ground turkey and meatballs. Wait until light brown.
- 5Add pepper, bay leaf and soy sauce. Leave for 5 minutes. Don't let the sauce get too dry.
- 6Add cans of tomato sauce. Let it simmer for 30 minutes in a very low heat. This will give it a chance to extract juice from meat.
- 7Add sugar.
- 8Boil the spaghetti noodles until done. When serving, put the sauce on top of the spaghetti and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
