Sweet Spaghetti with Mushrooms

  1. 1Heat pan with oil and butter.
  2. 2Sauté garlic until light brown.
  3. 3Add onions and glaze them.
  4. 4Add ground turkey and meatballs. Wait until light brown.
  5. 5Add pepper, bay leaf and soy sauce. Leave for 5 minutes. Don't let the sauce get too dry.
  6. 6Add cans of tomato sauce. Let it simmer for 30 minutes in a very low heat. This will give it a chance to extract juice from meat.
  7. 7Add sugar.
  8. 8Boil the spaghetti noodles until done. When serving, put the sauce on top of the spaghetti and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
