Directions

  1. 1In stockpot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil. Cook chicken for about 5 minutes or until done. Remove chicken to cutting board and let it cool.
  2. 2Add onion, carrots and celery. Boil for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3Add zucchini and mushrooms and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  4. 4Shred chicken with two forks and add to stockpot.
  5. 5Add salt, pepper, and parsley.
  6. 6Enjoy!
