  1. 1Pre-heat oven at 350°F.
  2. 2In a bowl mash bananas. Mix 1 egg, brown sugar, white sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and sour cream.
  3. 3Add flour, salt, and baking soda.
  4. 4To prepare the cream cheese filling, mix the remaining egg and cream cheese together.
  5. 5Pour half of the banana batter into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan, then pour the cream cheese over. Add the remaining of the batter on top.
  6. 6Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
