Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sour creamNutrition
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 4 oz original cream cheeseNutrition
- 120 g granulated sugarNutrition
- 1 cup white flourNutrition
- 1 unsalted butter stickNutrition
- 128 g light brown sugarNutrition
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 1 tsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 2 medium bananasNutrition
- 1 tsp baking sodaNutrition
Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven at 350°F.
- 2In a bowl mash bananas. Mix 1 egg, brown sugar, white sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and sour cream.
- 3Add flour, salt, and baking soda.
- 4To prepare the cream cheese filling, mix the remaining egg and cream cheese together.
- 5Pour half of the banana batter into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan, then pour the cream cheese over. Add the remaining of the batter on top.
- 6Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
