Ingredients
- 3 tsps italian seasoningNutrition
- 3 slices uncured turkey baconNutrition
- 12 oz fettucini shirataki pastaNutrition
- 12 oz drained canned chickenNutrition
- 1 cup fat free ultra-filtered milkNutrition
- 1 medium red sweet pepperNutrition
- 1 1/2 oz gruyere cheeseNutrition
- 1 1/2 oz parmesan cheese (hard)Nutrition
- 3 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1 cup chopped zucchiniNutrition
- 1 tbsp tomato pasteNutrition
Directions
- 1Chop vegetables, chicken, and bacon.
- 2Prepare noodles according to packaging directions.
- 3In a non-stick pan, cook chicken and bacon. Add vegetables, seasonings and tomato paste.
- 4Add milk and cheese. Stir to combine until cheese is melted. Turn off heat.
- 5Add noodles and mix. Transfer to a plate then serve.
