- 1 red hot chili pepperNutrition
- 1/2 cup sugarNutrition
- 1 lb lean ground beefNutrition

Directions
- 1Brown the ground beef and then add chili powder mixture according to directions on package.
- 2Add the other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3I usually add low fat sour cream to my dish and low fat cheddar cheese.
