  1. 1Heat olive oil in skillet.
  2. 2Add onions, peppers and garlic.
  3. 3When vegetables are soft add one cup water and can of tomato paste.
  4. 4Add chili powder and cumin.
  5. 5Stir in the cooked rice and drained and rinsed kidney beans.
  6. 6Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
