Spanish Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 packet crushed red pepperNutrition
- 1 tsp minced garlicNutrition
- 24 oz boneless chicken breastNutrition
- 1 large bell pepperNutrition
- 1 tbsp olive oilNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups diced tomatoesNutrition
- 2 tsps paprikaNutrition
- 1/4 tsp pepperNutrition
- 1 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tsp thymeNutrition
- 1/2 cup chicken brothNutrition
- 1 large onionNutrition
- 1/4 cup flourNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix flour, salt and all of the spices except the red pepper in small bowl.
- 2Sprinkle chicken with 2 tablespoons of the seasoned flour.
- 3Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned. Remove from skillet.
- 4Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender.
- 5Stir in tomatoes, broth and remaining seasoned flour. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
- 6Stir in red pepper to taste if desired. Return chicken to skillet.
- 7Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- 8Serve with rice or pasta.
