Directions

  1. 1Brown onion in pot with cooking spray like Pam. Add ground turkey, brown.
  2. 2Add all other ingredients and allow to come to a boil.
  3. 3Spice with cumin, cinnamon, sea salt, and cayenne pepper.
  4. 4Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  5. 5Serve topped with shredded cheese.
