Three Bean Turkey Chili

  1. 1Heat oil in a large pot and add diced onions.
  2. 2Sweat onions until they turn translucent. If you like garlic add minced clove now.
  3. 3Add turkey and brown until mostly cooked.
  4. 4Add all of your canned items making sure to drain the beans first.
  5. 5Add the chicken stock.
  6. 6Add the spices. Season to taste.
  7. 7Bring to a simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve.
  8. 8Note: if you like your soup super flavorful, double up on the spices and add black pepper.
