Three Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
- 0.12 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 1/4 tsp cuminNutrition
- 0.12 tsp cayenne pepperNutrition
- 1/4 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp olive oilNutrition
- 1 lb turkeyNutrition
- 4 cups chicken stockNutrition
- 1 clove garlic, mincedNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 can tomatoes, dicedNutrition
- 1 jalapenoNutrition
- 2 cups black beansNutrition
- 2 cups kidney beansNutrition
- 2 cups chick peasNutrition
Directions
- 1Heat oil in a large pot and add diced onions.
- 2Sweat onions until they turn translucent. If you like garlic add minced clove now.
- 3Add turkey and brown until mostly cooked.
- 4Add all of your canned items making sure to drain the beans first.
- 5Add the chicken stock.
- 6Add the spices. Season to taste.
- 7Bring to a simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve.
- 8Note: if you like your soup super flavorful, double up on the spices and add black pepper.
