Ingredients
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oilNutrition
- 1 tbsp organic tamariNutrition
- 2 tbsps manjo aji-mirinNutrition
- 1 tbsp gochujangNutrition
- 1 medium vidalia onionNutrition
- 1 cup cooked, diced skinless chicken breastNutrition
- 1 cup chopped broccoliNutrition
- 1 cup chopped carrotsNutrition
- 2 cloves garlicNutrition
- 4 shiitake mushroomsNutrition
- 1 tbsp honeyNutrition
Directions
- 1Chop veggies into small bite sized pieces and heat oil in a pan.
- 2Cook onion and garlic in a pan on medium heat until onion is translucent.
- 3Put chicken in the pan and stir fry until browned and cooked thoroughly.
- 4Place the other veggies in the pan and cook until soft, add aji-mirin to keep them from burning if your pan is too hot. Add all of the rest of the sauces at once and stir fry until sauce has thickened.
