  1. 1Combine flour, cranberries, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Whisk together.
  2. 2In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, oil, juice, orange peel and eggs. Whisk together.
  3. 3Combine both mixtures together. Mix well.
  4. 4Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 17 minutes.
