Ingredients
- 1 tsp baking powderNutrition
- 1/2 cup dried cranberriesNutrition
- 1/2 cup orange juiceNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flourNutrition
- 2 large egg whitesNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 0.12 tsp nutmegNutrition
- 1/4 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tsp orange rindNutrition

- 3/4 cup packed brown sugarNutrition
- 1/4 cup canola oilNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine flour, cranberries, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Whisk together.
- 2In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, oil, juice, orange peel and eggs. Whisk together.
- 3Combine both mixtures together. Mix well.
- 4Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 17 minutes.
