- 1Freeze Spinach and Banana if possible.
- 2Put all ingredients in blender and blend slow for 30 seconds. Make sure to try not to froth.
- 3Pour into your large glass. Plastic is not acceptable. :)
- 4Note: tastes so much better than you think and really healthy!
