- 1Mix together sugar and zest of two naval oranges. Also add flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add butter and mix it in so that the mix is crumbled.
- 2In a separate bowl mix egg and sour cream.
- 3Incorporate together two mixes. Make a dough.
- 4Put a dough on baking sheet with paper. Make it 7’’ round. Cut into 8 parts and put them in two lines on the baking sheet.
- 5Cook for 16-17 minutes 400F.
- 6For glaze mix together powdered sugar, orange juice, 1 tsp of orange extract and zest of one more naval orange.
