Cranberry Orange Relish

  1. 1Slice unpeeled orange into eight pieces; remove any seeds.
  2. 2Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices in food processor container.
  3. 3Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. 4Repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges slices.
  5. 5Stir in sugar to desired sweetness.
  6. 6Allow flavors to meld about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator. Can be frozen.
  7. 7Note: you can make this with sugar substitute, like Splenda lowering the calorie count.
