Cranberry Orange Relish

- 1Slice unpeeled orange into eight pieces; remove any seeds.
- 2Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices in food processor container.
- 3Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl.
- 4Repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges slices.
- 5Stir in sugar to desired sweetness.
- 6Allow flavors to meld about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator. Can be frozen.
- 7Note: you can make this with sugar substitute, like Splenda lowering the calorie count.
