- 1Wash cranberries and discard underripe or overripe berries.
- 2Chop whole orange, including rind, into small pieces.
- 3Mix cranberries and orange. Chop in small batches in blender or food processor.
- 4Add sweetener (like Equal) to 1/4 cup (4 oz). Add more to taste if necessary.
- 5Refrigerate overnight. Can be frozen.
