  1. 1Wash cranberries and discard underripe or overripe berries.
  2. 2Chop whole orange, including rind, into small pieces.
  3. 3Mix cranberries and orange. Chop in small batches in blender or food processor.
  4. 4Add sweetener (like Equal) to 1/4 cup (4 oz). Add more to taste if necessary.
  5. 5Refrigerate overnight. Can be frozen.
