  1. 1Preheat oven to 390 °F (200 °C).
  2. 2Combine all the dry elements together, flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, pinch of salt and baking soda.
  3. 3In another bowl mix the butter with the sugar and add the egg.
  4. 4Squash the bananas and mix them with the egg and sugar.
  5. 5Add the walnuts to the dry bowl and mix everything together.
  6. 6Dispose the cookie dough on a cooking sheet and put in the oven for 7 minutes, lowering the heat.
  7. 7Let cool and enjoy.
