Directions
- 1Chop kale, basil, and zucchini into small pieces. Cook kale, fresh basil, and diced zucchini in a pan until the kale begins to wilt.
- 2Dice tomato and mozzarella. Place in greased oven dish and add contents from pan.
- 3Crack one dozen eggs into a bowl and scramble. Add half and half and stir.
- 4Pour egg mixture into oven dish and mix around until contents are spread evenly.
- 5Place in over at 350 degrees and cook for 35 minutes.
