Directions

  1. 1Add oil to a pan and heat on low.
  2. 2Dice onion add it and garlic to pan saute 5 min.
  3. 3Dice and add mushroom cook for another 5 min then dice and add potato cook until just below fully cooked.
  4. 4Beat 6 eggs and 3 tbsp of milk of choice till all one color.
  5. 5Add eggs to vegetables mixture cook to done.
  6. 6Top with green onions and serve.
