  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. 2Take the stems out of mushrooms, reserving 4 of the stems. Clean mushrooms, set aside.
  3. 3Chop onion and reserved stems.
  4. 4Fry bacon until crisp, reserving grease.
  5. 5Cook onion and stems in grease until tender.
  6. 6Crumble bacon into soft cream cheese.
  7. 7Scoop some of mixture into each mushroom cap.
  8. 8Bake for about 10-15 minutes on baking sheet, and then broil to brown the tops.
