Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (175 °C).
  2. 2Cut jalapeños in half. Remove seeds.
  3. 3Soften cream cheese, add cheddar cheese and salsa verde. Stir.
  4. 4Microwave bacon for approximately 3 minutes or 30 seconds per slice. Cut in half.
  5. 5Stuff cream cheese mixture into peppers.
  6. 6Top with half slice of bacon.
  7. 7Bake 15 minutes
  8. 8Broil for 2-3 more minutes.
