Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375 °F (175 °C).
- 2Cut jalapeños in half. Remove seeds.
- 3Soften cream cheese, add cheddar cheese and salsa verde. Stir.
- 4Microwave bacon for approximately 3 minutes or 30 seconds per slice. Cut in half.
- 5Stuff cream cheese mixture into peppers.
- 6Top with half slice of bacon.
- 7Bake 15 minutes
- 8Broil for 2-3 more minutes.
