  1. 1Season chicken breast with rosemary, parsley and olive oil.
  2. 2Grill chicken until white or cooked thoroughly.
  3. 3In a large steam pot, steam peas until semi soft.
  4. 4Sauté mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of olive oil in saucepan until brown.
  5. 5Put peas on plate once steamed. Place grilled chicken over peas. Smother chicken with mushrooms.
