- 1Cut up potatoes into small chunks.
- 2Cut up onions.
- 3Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil on aluminum foil.
- 4Place potatoes and onions on foil.
- 5Add seasonings and remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
- 6Wrap foil so that it is sealed and no liquid leaks out.
- 7Place foil packet on grill (medium heat) and grill for about 30 minutes.
- 8Note: For a faster cook time, you can partially pre-cook potatoes and onions in a microwave (without foil). This will greatly reduce cooking time.
