  1. 1Cut up potatoes into small chunks.
  2. 2Cut up onions.
  3. 3Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil on aluminum foil.
  4. 4Place potatoes and onions on foil.
  5. 5Add seasonings and remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
  6. 6Wrap foil so that it is sealed and no liquid leaks out.
  7. 7Place foil packet on grill (medium heat) and grill for about 30 minutes.
  8. 8Note: For a faster cook time, you can partially pre-cook potatoes and onions in a microwave (without foil). This will greatly reduce cooking time.
