- 1Use heavy duty foil and layout enough to cover tray and tent a bit.
- 2Clean mushrooms. Lay upside down on the foil, drizzle with the olive oil, then sprinkle with the seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
- 3Grill for approximately 20 minutes.
- 4Note: experiment and try different seasonings like cayenne pepper or add a little cheese on top during last few minutes on the grill.
