A great substitute for mashed potatoes.

  1. 1Steam cauliflower with half of the broth in the steaming water, the garlic in the steamer and the oil drizzled on top while steaming.
  2. 2After steaming for 15-20 minutes, strain and mash with potato masher.
  3. 3Add the rest of the broth and simmer over medium heat until some of it reduces.
  4. 4Add salt and pepper to taste.
