Flax Bread
This easy microwaved 'bread' turns out perfect every time.

Ingredients
Directions
- 1Ground 1 cup of flax seeds.
- 2In bowl #1: add ground flax, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
- 3In bowl #2: add eggs, water, oil, sweetener (lik Stevia or Splenda) and vanilla. Mix well.
- 4Add walnuts to dry ingredients.
- 5Grease a microwave casserole dish - 8" diameter.
- 6Mix both dry and wet ingredients together. Pour into greased microwave casserole dish.
- 7Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- 8Turn upside down on to a baking rack. Cool. Turn over and serve slices. (Great with cream cheese & berries).
