Directions

  1. 1Soak flax seeds in water, enough to cover, for 15 minutes.
  2. 2Grind quinoa to flour and mix with soaked flax seeds.
  3. 3Add olive oil, salt and baking powder (extra water may be needed to make a spreadable mixture).
  4. 4Spread onto a greased 9 x 11 cookie sheet filling the whole pan.
  5. 5Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) until edges brown, about 15 minutes.
  6. 6Score into 20 pieces (5x4), flip and bake 5 more minutes.
