Directions
- 1Soak flax seeds in water, enough to cover, for 15 minutes.
- 2Grind quinoa to flour and mix with soaked flax seeds.
- 3Add olive oil, salt and baking powder (extra water may be needed to make a spreadable mixture).
- 4Spread onto a greased 9 x 11 cookie sheet filling the whole pan.
- 5Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) until edges brown, about 15 minutes.
- 6Score into 20 pieces (5x4), flip and bake 5 more minutes.
