Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Peel and cube sweet potatoes and apples.
- 2In separate bowl combine brown sugar, maple syrup & orange zest + juice from 1/2 of orange. Mix.
- 3Grease an 8x8" or 9x11" pan.
- 4Combine sweet potatoes and apples with brown sugar, mix well.
- 5Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 °F for 30 minutes.
- 6After 30 minutes remove foil, bake additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
