- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Heat ghee in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Add Brussels sprouts and continue to sauté until fork tender, about 5 minutes.
- 3Transfer sprouts, garlic and melted butter to 9x9" baking dish. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Sprinkle pork rinds evenly over the top.
- 4Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
