  1. 1In a skillet, saute the ground beef with finely minced onion until brown. .
  2. 2When done, remove from skillet, transfer into a bowl, and set aside.
  3. 3Lower the heat, pour heavy cream, and stir until the cream reduces.
  4. 4Add ground black pepper and stir.
  5. 5Add well-drained spinach and stir gently until the cream gets thicker.
  6. 6Add the meat to the skillet gently and mix well with the sauce.
  7. 7Spoon into shallow bowls, season to taste, and top with parmesan cheese.
