- 1In a skillet, saute the ground beef with finely minced onion until brown. .
- 2When done, remove from skillet, transfer into a bowl, and set aside.
- 3Lower the heat, pour heavy cream, and stir until the cream reduces.
- 4Add ground black pepper and stir.
- 5Add well-drained spinach and stir gently until the cream gets thicker.
- 6Add the meat to the skillet gently and mix well with the sauce.
- 7Spoon into shallow bowls, season to taste, and top with parmesan cheese.
