Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fat free half & halfNutrition
- 17 oz creamed cornNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups milkNutrition
- 2 tbsps bay leafNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps garlic powderNutrition
- 1/4 cup butterNutrition
- 1 tsp leaves thymeNutrition
- 22 oz cream of potato soup (canned, condensed)Nutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped celeryNutrition
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepperNutrition
- 4 oz green onionsNutrition
- 1 lb lump crab meatNutrition
Directions
- 1Sauté celery, finely chopped green onion, and finely chopped green pepper in 1/4 stick of butter until soft.
- 2Combine remaining ingredients, except for the crab meat, and heat to a simmer.
- 3Add crab meat and heat thoroughly.
- 4Serve with warm sourdough rolls and hot sauce.
