- 1Prepare lentils - finely chop onion and sauté in olive oil.
- 2Rinse lentils and add to onions with 2 cups of water.
- 3Cover and cook 30 to 40 minutes until they have the consistency of puree.
- 4Add two cups of low sodium chicken broth, stir and heat for 5 minutes.
- 5Add crab meat and season with pepper and bay seasoning to taste.
