  1. 1Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  2. 2In a separate bowl mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil, and mashed bananas.
  3. 3Stir flour mixture in to banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.
  4. 4Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
  5. 5Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  6. 6Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.
