- 1Melt margarine in a medium saucepan. Add green onions, red pepper, and garlic and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- 2Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- 3Add green beans and cooked chicken. Return to boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for another 5-6 minutes.
- 4Add spinach and season to taste. Cook just until spinach is wilted and chicken is warm through.
