  1. 1In a large zip-close plastic bag combine syrup and spices.
  2. 2Add tenderloins to plastic bag, squeeze out air and seal the bag.
  3. 3Let marinate in refrigerator at least two hours but preferably overnight, turning bag occasionally.
  4. 4Preheat broiler. Place tenderloins on roasting pan and cover with marinade.
  5. 5Broil until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 °F (70 °C). About 7 minutes per side.
  6. 6Yields about 4 oz of meat per serving.
