- 1In a large zip-close plastic bag combine syrup and spices.
- 2Add tenderloins to plastic bag, squeeze out air and seal the bag.
- 3Let marinate in refrigerator at least two hours but preferably overnight, turning bag occasionally.
- 4Preheat broiler. Place tenderloins on roasting pan and cover with marinade.
- 5Broil until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 °F (70 °C). About 7 minutes per side.
- 6Yields about 4 oz of meat per serving.
