- 1Beat eggs, set aside.
- 2Cook bacon and crumble in to pieces.
- 3Sauté pepper, mushroom and ham (cut into little squares).
- 4Spray glass cooking dish, pouring in the eggs and everything else, saving the cheese for last.
- 5Pour the cheese on top and bake at 425° F (220° C) until eggs are firm.
- 6Enjoy!
