Ingredients
- 1 packet sugar substituteNutrition
- 1/3 tbsp hot chili oilNutrition
- 2 cups bok choyNutrition
- 1/4 cup green onionNutrition
- 3 tbsps rice vinegarNutrition
- 2 tbsps soy sauceNutrition
- 1 dash white pepperNutrition
- 1 tsp sesame oilNutrition
- 6 cubes chicken bouillonNutrition
- 1 can bamboo shootsNutrition
- 1 can mushroomsNutrition
- 8 cups waterNutrition
- 16 oz Italian sausageNutrition
- 6 oz extra firm tofuNutrition
Directions
- 1Scramble sausage in large pot.
- 2Add water and bouillon, allow to boil.
- 3Add tofu, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. Bring back to boil.
- 4Stir in soy sauce, sugar substitute, rice vinegar, sesame oil, white pepper and chili oil.
- 5Add bok choy and green onions, bring to boil for 4 minutes and serve.
