  2. 2Rub the kale with the olive oil to coat and make sure it is fully covered.
  3. 3On a cookie sheet, spread a single layer of kale and season with the garlic and onion powder and a light pinch of salt.
  4. 4Bake in the oven and watch closely (do not let it go brown as it turns bitter), about 6 minutes.
