Directions
- 1Chop and fry onion.
- 2Add rice and fry for a few minutes.
- 3Pour in vegetable stock and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4Add chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper.
- 5Simmer for 5 minutes until rice is cooked.
- 6Mix in sunflower seeds and chopped pepper. Cook a few more minutes.
