Directions

  1. 1Chop and fry onion.
  2. 2Add rice and fry for a few minutes.
  3. 3Pour in vegetable stock and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4Add chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper.
  5. 5Simmer for 5 minutes until rice is cooked.
  6. 6Mix in sunflower seeds and chopped pepper. Cook a few more minutes.
