Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shreddedNutrition
- 4 tbsps bacon bits, cookedNutrition
- 8 extra large eggsNutrition
- 4 tbsps half and halfNutrition
- 1 dash pepperNutrition
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 4 slices ham, choppedNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, choppedNutrition
- 1/4 tbsp onion, choppedNutrition
- 1/4 cup spinach, choppedNutrition
- 1 medium red bell pepper, choppedNutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Mix eggs and cream together set aside.
- 3In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients together.
- 4Combine both mixtures together.
- 5Pour into greased large muffin tins or use muffin liners. Cook 30-40 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
- 6Note: to make muffins spicier add hot sauce.
