  1. 1Brown the sausage in a skillet, then drain.
  2. 2Heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  3. 3Whip eggs, cream, water, mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. 4Pour egg mixture into pie pan.
  5. 5Top with crumbled sausage and shredded cheese.
  6. 6Bake for 30-35 minutes, a bit longer if you like it firmer.
