- 1Brown the sausage in a skillet, then drain.
- 2Heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- 3Whip eggs, cream, water, mustard, salt and pepper.
- 4Pour egg mixture into pie pan.
- 5Top with crumbled sausage and shredded cheese.
- 6Bake for 30-35 minutes, a bit longer if you like it firmer.
