Directions

  1. 1Slice zucchini in 1/2" slices.
  2. 2Dip in egg mixture and roll in the crushed pork rinds and grated parmesan or asiago cheese.
  3. 3Fry in the olive oil and butter on medium heat.
  4. 4Let cool on paper towel and serve.
