Directions
- 1Slice zucchini in 1/2" slices.
- 2Dip in egg mixture and roll in the crushed pork rinds and grated parmesan or asiago cheese.
- 3Fry in the olive oil and butter on medium heat.
- 4Let cool on paper towel and serve.
