- 1Preheat oven to 375° F (180° C).
- 2For the pie shell prick the bottom of a 9" pie shell and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
- 3In pie shell layer cheddar cheese and broccoli, ending with cheese.
- 4Sprinkle with pepper.
- 5Combine eggs and half and half and pour over eggs and broccoli.
- 6Bake until golden brown, until a silver knife inserted 1" from the edge of crust comes out clean.
