Ingredients
- 1 large green summer squashNutrition
- 1 large yellow summer squashNutrition
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheeseNutrition
- 4 tbsps olive oilNutrition
- 3 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1 cup diced portobello mushroomsNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 large green pepperNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups tomato sauceNutrition
- 8 oz dry spaghettiNutrition
Directions
- 1Sauté minced vegetables in olive oil until clear.
- 2Add canned sauce. Simmer on low 1 hour.
- 3Prepare the spaghetti noodles according to directions. Rinse in clear hot water and drain.
- 4Serve together with parmesan cheese.
